Senior Business Analyst – Banking

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in the banking industry tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing complex business processes, gathering and refining requirements, and driving optimization initiatives for banking products and systems.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for banking projects and clients
  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements
  • Create high-quality analysis documentation and technical specifications
  • Work closely with stakeholders to clarify, validate, and prioritize requirements
  • Model and document processes using BPMN and business process management tools
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements and optimizations
  • Actively coordinate between business, technical teams, and clients
  • Follow up and drive stakeholders for feedback, approvals, and execution
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Banking operations and terminology
    • Core banking systems
    • Card processing (debit/credit cards)
  • Hands-on experience with BPMN and business process management systems
  • Ability to analyze and document complex, sophisticated processes in depth
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in requirements gathering, qualification, and documentation
  • Ability to proactively drive discussions and follow up with clients
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
