Senior Sales Manager (UK)

DSS is an established yet fast-growing IT company, and a ServiceNow Partner which provides professional consulting and software development services. Our main goal is to guide and assist our customers in improving their business processes by using diverse and innovative technologies to deliver the most flexible and personalized solutions.  

Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated person for the position of Senior Sales Manager (UK) to help us expand our presence in the UK market, drive new business opportunities, and position DSS as a trusted partner for enterprise digital transformation initiatives. 

What you'll do: 

  • Develop and expand DSS’s presence in the UK market, building a strong customer and partner ecosystem 

  • Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities focused on ServiceNow and digital transformation initiatives 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth through targeted account development 

  • Position DSS as a preferred ServiceNow services partner for enterprise clients 

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, and senior stakeholders 

  • Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with revenue targets 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business and IT challenges 

  • Align ServiceNow solutions with customer technology roadmaps and strategic goals 

  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to deal closure 

  • Develop strong partnerships with ServiceNow account teams and ecosystem partners 

  • Identify co-selling opportunities and drive joint go-to-market initiatives 

  • Execute sales strategies to increase market presence and achieve business goals 

  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts 

 

What we look for: 

  • 5+ years of experience in selling technology services or SaaS solutions to enterprise customers 

  • Strong experience with the ServiceNow ecosystem or enterprise service management solutions 

  • Proven track record in selling professional services, consulting, or implementation services 

  • Solid understanding of enterprise digital transformation programs 

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise-level deals 

  • Strong pipeline generation and new business acquisition skills 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement 

  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role 

  • High level of ownership, proactiveness, and entrepreneurial mindset 

What we consider as advantages: 

  • Experience selling nearshore or offshore delivery models 

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM 

  • Experience with strategic account planning and large enterprise environments 

  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management (MSA / enterprise agreements)
