UX/UI Designer

DSS is an established yet fast-growing IT company, and a ServiceNow Partner which provides professional consulting and software development services. Our main goal is to guide and assist our customers in improving their business processes by using diverse and innovative technologies to deliver the most flexible and personalized solutions.

Currently, we are looking for a talented, passionate and results driven UX/UI Designer to join our expanding team.

What you’ll do:

• Create Personas and Scenarios based on performed or previously conducted research
• Perform Product Research in order to assist making the right business decisions
• Design, build mock-ups and prototypes for user-friendly web applications
• Participate in different stages of the UX design process
• Work in an agile environment with a highly motivated team

What we’re looking for:

• At least 3+ years proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Experience in building Information Architecture for the Web structure (pages, portals, etc)
• Experience in wireframing, prototyping and site mapping
• Portfolio of design projects
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science or a related field
