ServiceNow Consultant/Developer

Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated person for the position of ServiceNow Consultant/Developer. We value team members who are committed and reliable, can work collaboratively and flexibly together. 

What you'll do: 

  • Design, development and implementation of software modules, business processes and functionalities 
  • Design and deliver consulting and technical methodologies around the ServiceNow platform 
  • Providing software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations. 
  • Work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, define ServiceNow requirements, develop and configure the ServiceNow platform 
  • Work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, define requirements, develop and configure products and functionalities. 
  • Troubleshoot product and application issues

What we look for: 

  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow
  • Good level of understanding of client and server APIs
  • Good level of understanding of ServiceNow core products in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, CMDB/Asset Management, Project/Resource Management
  • Good understanding of implementation methodologies/SDLC (ex. Agile Scrum, Waterfall) and ServiceNow development best practices.
  • Practical experience and knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS/Bootstrap, XML, JSON, Object-Oriented Programming. (Other functional programming languages are considered a plus) 
  • Practical experience and knowledge in relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL), SOAP and REST, and AngularJS. 
  • Experience in working and understanding 3rd party APIs and library’s documentation. 
  • Strong communication and analytical skills. 
  • Strong willingness to learn new technologies and self-development motivation. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
  • Generating detailed documentation, both technical and user guides 
  • Comfortable communicating with Business Leaders/Stakeholders 

What we consider as advantages: 

  • ServiceNow certifications – CSA, CAD, CIS
  • Experience in a software consulting, business analysis or application support position involving enterprise software solutions 
  • Knowledges of ITIL and ITSM software (ITIL v3/v4 Foundations certificate) 
  • Bachelor’s degree or student in Computer Science, Engineering or related area.
