ServiceNow Consultant/Developer

Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated person for the position of ServiceNow Consultant/Developer. We value team members who are committed and reliable, can work collaboratively and flexibly together.
What you'll do:
- Design, development and implementation of software modules, business processes and functionalities
- Design and deliver consulting and technical methodologies around the ServiceNow platform
- Providing software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations.
- Work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, define ServiceNow requirements, develop and configure the ServiceNow platform
- Work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, define requirements, develop and configure products and functionalities.
- Troubleshoot product and application issues
What we look for:
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- Good level of understanding of client and server APIs
- Good level of understanding of ServiceNow core products in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, CMDB/Asset Management, Project/Resource Management
- Good understanding of implementation methodologies/SDLC (ex. Agile Scrum, Waterfall) and ServiceNow development best practices.
- Practical experience and knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS/Bootstrap, XML, JSON, Object-Oriented Programming. (Other functional programming languages are considered a plus)
- Practical experience and knowledge in relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL), SOAP and REST, and AngularJS.
- Experience in working and understanding 3rd party APIs and library’s documentation.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and self-development motivation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Generating detailed documentation, both technical and user guides
- Comfortable communicating with Business Leaders/Stakeholders
What we consider as advantages:
- ServiceNow certifications – CSA, CAD, CIS
- Experience in a software consulting, business analysis or application support position involving enterprise software solutions
- Knowledges of ITIL and ITSM software (ITIL v3/v4 Foundations certificate)
- Bachelor’s degree or student in Computer Science, Engineering or related area.
