It's party time here at DSS headquarters today! We're celebrating two special occasions! First and foremost, DSS is officially three years old today! It's hard to believe that it's been three whole years since we first opened doors, but time flies when you're having fun! We've come a long way during this period, and we're looking forward to serving our community for many more years to come.
Today is also our General Manager's birthday! Mr Plamen Nakov has been with us since day one as an absolutely invaluable member of our team. We couldn't have made it this far without him, and we're so grateful to have him on board. Join us in wishing Plamen a happy birthday!
It all started with an idea...
3 years ago, our founder had a vision for a new kind of software company - one that would be entirely focused on the needs of its customers and delivering exceptional customer service within a reasonable time frame. With that idea, DSS was born.
Three years of serving the community
DSS first opened its doors on 14th August 2017. At the time, we were just a tiny startup with big dreams. We had a great team and a well-designed product, but we didn't know if we could make it in such a competitive market. Thankfully, our fantastic clients gave us a chance, and we've been thriving ever since!
Since then, we've grown by leaps and bounds. We now have a team of over 40 talented individuals serving customers in over 30 countries worldwide. We're constantly expanding our product offerings and are always striving to be at the forefront of the latest industry trends. We love nothing more than seeing our clients walk out of the office, knowing they've found their solution. It's been an incredible journey so far, and we can't wait to see what the next three years have in store for us.

As you all know, Plamen is the heart and soul of DSS. He's been with us since the very beginning, working tirelessly to make sure that everything runs smoothly. Plamen is always going above and beyond for our team, and he truly loves stepping into our client's shoes and really understanding their pains and gains.
