During a festive ceremony, Professor D.Sc Ivan Kralov, Rector of the Technical University-Sofia, presented DSS with a diploma and honorary plaque to recognise our collaboration with the university. DSS was commended for its efforts in constructing a modern infrastructure and providing support in sourcing high-end equipment for a teaching hall.
Earlier this year, DSS donated a fully equipped laboratory to the Technical University within the project "Universities for Science, Informatics and Technology in the e-Society", which aims to develop centres of excellence.
This donation shows that DSS is dedicated to supporting the development of young IT professionals. Over the past two years, the company has held internship programs that offer students valuable experience and a chance to demonstrate their skills to potential employers. Exceptional interns may be offered permanent positions at DSS, providing a fantastic start to the careers of many talented individuals.
DSS has also signed a two-year contract with the Technical University to provide educational courses. The company's IT executives now teach Cybersecurity, Computer and Software Engineering, and Information Technology classes. They also lecture on Web Programming, Databases, Object-Oriented Languages, and more.
