Kornelia Pavlova has recently been appointed as the People and Culture Manager for Digital and Software Solutions (DSS). Her key responsibilities will include developing and nurturing the organisational culture at DSS while also taking care of the professional growth and development of the employees. Kornelia will work closely with the team to create effective strategies for attracting and engaging employees, fostering a positive environment, and achieving optimal outcomes.
Kornelia's career in HR began as a student when she joined AIMS Human Capital. This company is known for providing executive recruitment and other consulting services. After gaining three years of experience with this company, Kornelia moved on to work in HP's recruitment department during a period of dynamic growth. In this role, she oversaw key recruitment projects and programs. Kornelia then took on regional and global roles within the company. Later, she worked at Telenor (which became Yettel), leading the recruitment team in Bulgaria. Her most recent role was as an HR Manager at Documaster, a Bulgarian-Norwegian software company. During her time there, Kornelia helped expand the IT teams and successfully managed human resources.
In her professional career, she finds great joy in spearheading initiatives that positively impact people's lives. This could be conducting workshops on significant topics, mediating team discussions, asking the right questions, coordinating events, or even providing helpful information. Кornelia seamlessly merges her professional and personal interests by actively participating in environmental and sustainable living activities. Outside of work, she finds solace in hiking in the mountains and cherishing the happiness of those around her.
