They are also eligible for application certification and monetisation opportunities, which can significantly enhance their market reach and revenue potential. Furthermore, the program offers the chance to participate in the Built On ServiceNow initiative, providing co-investment and go-to-market opportunities, thus fostering innovation and business expansion. Advancement
To advance to the next level of partnership with ServiceNow, whether in the Consulting and Implementation Partner Program or the Build Module Partner Program, partners must meet specific criteria in three main areas: competency, capabilities, and customer success (also known as the 3Cs partner requirements)
Competency
- Certified Resources: Increase the number of accredited professionals. For Consulting and Implementation, the Elite level requires 50 core platform resources, 24 resources with pre-sales accreditations, and 25 resources with CIS-X certifications across two product lines or CIS in one product line with delivery accreditations. For the Build Module, the Advanced Platform level requires at least two resources to complete relevant certifications like Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Capabilities
- Deployment and Development Targets: Meet specific deployment and deal registration requirements. Consulting and Implementation Elite partners need deployments in four or more product lines and ten approved deal registrations. Build Module Advanced Platform partners must publish applications or integrations on the ServiceNow Store, achieve six approved deal registrations, and generate sourced Store NNACV over $200K.
- Training and Certifications: Ensure team members complete necessary training and certifications to enhance their expertise and service delivery capabilities.
Customer Success
- Customer Satisfaction: Achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction scores. Elite Consulting and Implementation partners must maintain an average CSAT of 4.2 or higher.
- Success Stories and Reviews: Collect and submit customer success stories and reviews. Consulting and Implementation Elite partners need five approved customer success stories. Build Module Advanced Platform partners require ten customer installs and five customer success stories.
Additional Requirements
- Active Membership: Maintain active membership status with ServiceNow.
- Compliance: Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines set by ServiceNow.
