DSS has successfully integrated key modules, including Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), and Configuration Management System (CMS), into film studio's ServiceNow environment. These modules were customised to meet the studio's specific business needs. Additionally, the team has begun advancing other areas such as Virtual Agent (VA), Application Portfolio Management (APM), and Automated Test Framework (ATF), paving the way for further enhancements in future phases.

Customisations and Issue Resolution

The project's early phases also involved significant customisation of critical ServiceNow components, including the Problem Management, Knowledge Management, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) modules. DSS has proactively resolved platform issues as they arise, ensuring smooth performance and a stable, efficient platform.

Inbound Email Actions Configuration

As part of the ongoing improvements, DSS has configured and modified inbound email actions to automate email handling, helping the customer further streamline their communication processes and reduce manual intervention.
